Wiltshire Grade II property near completion

Our contract to a fire damaged property in Wiltshire is nearing completion.

This contract presented many challenges, but that is all in the past now as the finishing touches are returning this period Grade II listed property back to original, with some fine architectural features. One wing of the building was completely gutted by the fire, but we have strengthened the masonry and constructed a new oak trussed roof, and used local Cotswold stone roof tiles. As well as restoring the property, it now benefits from a modern M&E system and the client has taken the opportunity to make improvements in keeping with the age and style of the property. Fine joinery panelling has been restored or replaced and marble to the en-suite bathrooms has added additional quality.

Our thanks go to all the team and contractors that have made this contract such a success.
